Jordanian Pavilion Organization Details

The Jordan Exporters Association (JEA) organizes the Jordanian pavilion at SIAL Paris 2026. This exhibition maintains a biennial schedule, allowing participating firms to present their products every two years. The current showcase at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre is scheduled to last for three days.

Senator Ahmad Al-Khodari, President of the JEA, noted the strategic importance of the event for domestic producers. "Penetrating markets with high quality and technical standards directly advances national plans to drive export-led industrial growth and generate employment opportunities," he stated. These efforts aim to integrate Jordanian food manufacturers into the global supply chain by meeting rigorous international requirements. The pavilion serves as the primary mechanism for the JEA to represent these 15 local companies during the event.

Diverse Range of Products

Participating Jordanian firms are exhibiting a wide array of goods at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. The product range includes chocolates, confectionery, halva, tahini, and sesame derivatives. Visitors can also view traditional Oriental sweets, dates, canned goods, canned fish, spices, and legumes. The displays feature staple foodstuffs, roasted coffee, and specialized culinary ingredients.

Halim Abu Rahmeh, JEA Director-General, described the importance of this presence for smaller businesses. "Supporting local firms–particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)–at premier international trade fairs facilitates direct networking with global distributors, retail chain buyers, and institutional importers, turning commercial meetings into sustainable export contracts," he said. By showcasing these diverse items, the manufacturers aim to engage directly with international trade partners present at the exhibition. The selection represents a significant portion of the output currently produced by Jordanian food companies, focusing on items that meet international retail and distribution standards. These products occupy the national pavilion space throughout the duration of the event, providing international buyers with a full view of Jordan's current export capabilities across multiple food categories.
